You can pay your Philhealth, SSS and Pag-ibig payments in Taiwan via the IREMIT remittance service.
These are the service fees for remitting your contributions from Taiwan. These are in addition to
your SSS, Pag-ibig or Philhealth contributions:

Philhealth payments for OFWs:
200 pesos per month, or 2,400 pesos per year (starting January 1, 2013)
100 pesos per month, or 1,200 pesos per year, if you pay until December 31, 2012. You can pay for 2 years in advance.
SSS payments for OFWs:
Minimum of 520 pesos per month
If you like to have a bigger pension, contribute more. Mamili ka ng monthly contribution dito sa SSS contribution schedule na ito: SSS Contributions
Pag-ibig payments for OFWs:
Minimum of 200 pesos per month (Mandatory Pag-ibig I)
You can pay more than 200 pesos a month, if you like to get a bigger amount of savings and dividends when you retire or when you have accumulated 240 monthly savings.
There's also an OPTIONAL Pag-ibig II savings program. It's a 5-year savings program. You can get your total savings after 5 years of saving. Or you can renew your account for another 5 years. The interest rate is 5 to 6 percent, much higher than time deposit rates. The rate can also go higher if the Pag-ibig board declares a higher interest rate.
